At the Monselice (PD) headquarters, Via Emilia 3, a composite surveillance system is in operation, implemented through closed-circuit cameras. The system operates both during opening hours and outside them, and brief notices have been posted in all areas in accordance with the Italian Data Protection Authority's provision of April 8, 2010.

1. DATA CONTROLLER

This information on the processing of personal data is provided by OMM TELANDRO S.N.C., represented by Luca Telandro & Co., with registered office at Monselice (PD), Via Emilia 3, ZIP code 35043.

2. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSES, AND LEGAL BASIS

OMM TELANDRO S.N.C., represented by Luca Telandro & Co., will process the following personal data provided by the data subject:

• Personal data - cf. Article 4, paragraph 1, No. 1 of the GDPR.

The purpose of recording images is to protect the company's assets. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of the data controller. Data processing is also carried out lawfully without the explicit consent of the data subjects, in accordance with Article 6.2.2.1 of the provision. The legal basis refers to Article 6(1)(f) of EU Regulation 2016/679.

3. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF DATA

The data in question will not be disseminated and will only be communicated for the purpose of protecting a right in court or to judicial police upon specific request. Authorized individuals acting on behalf of the data controller, who perform necessary functions for the processing of images and/or data or for system maintenance, may have access to the data. Management is available for any explanations or clarifications. Furthermore, please be advised that the images are only visible for the aforementioned purposes and can in no case be used for assessing the duty of diligence on the part of employees or for disciplinary measures. Since these are automatic and generalized recordings, the person accessing the surveillance areas cannot evade the recordings. The images and/or data collected are not cross-referenced, associated, or interconnected with any other personal data collection system. The personal data provided for the aforementioned purposes and subjects will not be further disseminated.

4. DATA TRANSFERS TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION

Personal data provided are not transferred abroad, either within or outside the European Union.

5. DATA RETENTION PERIOD OR CRITERIA

In compliance with Article 5(1)(e) of EU Regulation 2016/679, the images and/or data are stored for a maximum period of forty-eight hours at the Headquarters, subject to special requirements for extended retention due to holidays or business closure, as well as in cases where compliance with a specific investigative request from the Judicial Authority or Judicial Police is required. After this period, the images and/or data are automatically deleted through overwriting.

6. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

The data subject has the right to request from the data controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject, as well as the right to object to processing, in addition to the right to data portability as provided in the Regulation. In cases where processing is based on consent, consent for data processing can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the Italian Data Protection Authority.
